How to Perfectly Cook Chicken Breast

Step 1: Selecting and Preparing the Chicken Breast

Choose a fresh, quality chicken breast. If frozen, make sure to thaw it properly. Rinse it and then pat it dry. Season with salt, pepper, and your preferred herbs or spices.
